Owner and CEO of iLoc, Mike Arslanouk, has been at the helm of the pre-applied fastener industry for over forty years. Mike’s experience in planning, designing, engineering, and maintaining mechanical machinery is bar-none. His devotion to hard work and innovation started over 40 years ago at ND Industries. Over a 14-year period, Mike managed to work his way up to plant manager. There, he directed, managed, and worked tirelessly designing and innovating threadlocking machinery. In 1993, his employment at Nylok began, where he spent the next 26 years as plant manager and engineer. Devoted to his work, he spent his time diligently, designing and patenting over 16 intricate technologies with the company. As an ambitious family man with four decades of experience, Mike decided it was time to start his own company. As a principled man, his promise to customers is quite simple: unforgiving standards of quality, fair pricing, fast processing, excellent customer service, and always delivering on finding a solution. His intense passion for innovation paired with his level of expertise makes him arguably one of the most valuable persons in the industry.
